What You Need to Know About Quests
Quests are basically requests that NPCs will ask you to do for them. There are different types of quests that have variety of objectives. A majority of the quests are related to monster extermination, item gathering and deliveries. You'll usually be rewarded with fame, Basic EXP, Job EXP, gold, items, or extra skill points when you successfully complete the quest.
| An important hidden attribute called Fame (a.k.a. prestige or reputation) is rewarded whenever successfully complete a quest. This attribute also affects several quest availability as well as Ring ranking when you are a member of a Ring. |
Important things to remember about quests:
- Some quests may require you to be on a specific locations. Killing the same monster or performing the specific quest tasks on a different location won't count.
- Quests also have time limit to prevent player from wasting too much time on it. You won't get rewarded when time limit expires.
- Some quests may require you to report back to the quest giver once you completed the quest in order to get the quest rewards.
- You spent Quest Count to get quests. You can't take quest without enough Quest Count.
- The availability of quests depends on your character level and fame. The higher level you are, the more quests will be available for you to choose from.

- Use

button on the Quest Info Window to verify what to do and where to go before taking the quest.
- For your convenience, Cafe quest accomplishments can be reported to any Cafe Quest Counters in any area. Doesn't need to be the same Cafe where you originally took the quest.
Quest Availability
- New Cafe quests appears every 5 character levels after level 4. Check for new quests when you reach character level 4, 9, 14, 19, 24, 29 and so on.
- Some quests appear only when you have the necessary fame points requirements (for example, Catty Quests.) So it is best to successfully complete as many quests as you can to get enough Fame to trigger special quests.
Quest Info Window
The Quest Info Window shows the necessary information you need such as quest title, quest giver, time limit, quest location, quest details, number of Quest Count and how the number hours before you get your additional quest counts. It will also show your quest progress and indicate if you have successfully accomplished the given quest.
Clicking the
button will show the World Map with important quest-related locations highlighted with glowing red rectangular areas. Furthermore, moving your mouse over those red areas will reveal more quest information. This is the easiest way to figure out where you should go to accomplish your quest.
Quest Types
Subjugation or Defeat Quest
Subjugation Quests are requests to defeat certain number of specific monsters and usually has specified location. Open Quest Info Window and click on
to see the specified location for the quest.
This type of quest usually rewards more Basic Exp points.
Collection Quest
Collection Quests are requests where you gather specific items for your client. Reporting collection quest accomplishment can be a bit tricky.
- Talk to quest giver or Cafe Quest Counter will open a Trade Window.
- You must drag and drop the quest items you've collected on the left panel.

NOTE: You can always submit the required quest items in separate batches if they are too heavy to carry all at once. It will keep track of what you've already brought and what you still need to bring.
This type of quest usually rewards more Job Exp points.
Delivery Quest
Delivery Quests are requests where you need to deliver an item from a client to another intended recipient. This job requires social skills. You'll need to talk and listen to people to receive and successfully deliver the item. This type of quests are well suited for non-combat jobs or players who enjoys gaming without having to fight or kill monsters.
- First visit the client to receive the quest item to deliver.
- Find the intended recipient to give the quest item to.
- Return to quest giver to receive reward.
If you get lost, use
button on your Quest Info Window.
This type of quest usually rewards more Gold.
Conquest/Raid Quest
Need Information.
Limited Quest
This type of quest limits the activity and the rewards to only one of your character or avatar within a single Game Account. Quest rewards from this type of quests are usually of great value.
For example:
- If you have three (3) game characters or avatars on a single Game Account. For simplicity, let's just say that their in-game character names are Adam, Cain, and Abel. Regardless of their level, race, gender, or jobs, if Cain took this special type of quest, the quest will automatically be no longer available for both Adam and Abel.
Elina Quest and Catty(apple) quests are example of this type of quest.
Quest Counts
Most quests will require you to spent a specific number of Quest Counts. You can check how many Quest Counts you still have by opening the Quest Info Window and looking at lower left corner of the window.
Newly created characters will initially have 3 Quest Counts. You will receive 5 additional Quest Counts every 24 hours but the total Quest Count can never exceed 15. The 24 hours is based on real world time and not in-game time. You will still get the additional Quest Counts even if you are offline.
